I was responsible for a comprehensive redesign of the user experience, which involved a complete overhaul of the design process, from low-fidelity wire-framing to high-fidelity pixel-perfect mockups. In order to achieve this, I conducted interviews with potential users, restructured the UX architecture, and collaborated closely with the development team during the implementation phase.
To optimize our time and develop an effective prototype, I employed the lean persona framework to identify three distinct user personas and document their high-level goals. Using this information, I was able to create a prototype and refine it further by conducting user testing. This allowed us to gain valuable insights and make informed design decisions.

We created a Mobile App for the user, an iPad App for the shop, and a web dashboard.
Although the project was 12 months behind schedule due to UX decisions made by the previous team in charge, I was able to turn things around quickly upon joining. By implementing new UX strategies and working closely with the development team, I managed to deliver the project in less than 3 months. It has been launched in December 2022 and is currently being tested.

Upon joining the project, I immediately recognized that the UX had been mishandled by a team with limited experience in UX design.
To address this, I devoted a significant portion of my time to developing a new UX architecture. This allowed me to work more efficiently when creating high-fidelity mockups and the final design.
In spite of the complexity and challenges involved, I successfully delivered the project within an incredibly tight timeframe. This was made possible, in large part, by the exceptional support I received from the engaged PM/Development team, who were always available for UX reviews.
Effective communication was also a key factor in the project's success, with all stakeholders working closely together to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
